Global Rent-a-Scope is a collection of eight remote controlled telescopes. The sites are spaced globally so that it is always dark at one of the sites. This allows for imaging for 24 hours. This is truely a very interesting concept. I have been a Rent-A-Scope user since 2004 and they have fine facilities.

In 2006, GRAS Desktop was released to allow PC users to graphically note the state of each telescope. With the help of Arnie Rosner and Brad Moore, I wrote a Mac OS X application that contained much of the functionality of GRAS Desktop. The application is available below:
