This image of M16 was collected on Dennis Persyk's Takahashi E-160 f/3.3 scope with my SXV-H9C camera.

The iCCD software (Mac OS X on a Powerbook G4) was used to collect the image and to do the color processing.

These images are stacks of 22 5 minute unguided images. The rgb images were stacked using the program,

Keith's Image Stacker. Final adjustment was done with Photoshop. The second image is an lrgb image that was processed using the new digital development routine in iCCD.

The third Image has had the color levels "matched" to those of the Luminance Channel.

I believe that this has improved the image colors. Although, the funny 4-leaf clover pattern from reflections has reappeared.
